1. Bag-feeding vacuum packaging machine consists of two rotating bodies (filling system and vacuum system respectively), and the vacuum system is a continuous rotation motion.
2. All parts and components in contact with food or packaging are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and other materials that meet the requirements of food hygiene to ensure food hygiene and safety.
3. Easy and convenient operation: It adopts Siemens PLC touch panel centralized control, man-machine interface operating system to operate intuitively and easily.
4. Automatic control loading, filling, packaging, vacuum, sealing and finished products. Fully automatic process reduces production cost and improves packaging efficiency.
5. The vacuum chamber is made of aviation aluminum carved and milled in the computer processing center to ensure the sealing and durability.
6. Sealing temperature monitoring function, if the heating element is damaged, it will automatically alarm on the touch screen.
7. Quickly change the bag specification, the width of the automatic bag feeding device can be automatically adjusted at once.
8. Bags without cutting or sealing, without filling, can be recycled without wasting the bag.
